Indian power regulator, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), in its new detailed procedure for ‘Grant of Connectivity to Projects Based on Renewable Sources to Inter-State Transmission Systems (ISTS)’ has eased the requirements for renewable energy (RE) projects to get connectivity to the ISTS.
