REC Transmission Projects Company Limited (RECTPCL), a subsidiary of state-owned Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), has transferred the special purpose vehicle North Karanpura Transco Limited, set up for the development of the 'Evacuation of Power from North Karanpura (3x660 MW) generation project of NTPC and Creation of 400/220 kV Substation at Dhanbad project', to Adani Transmission Limited.
