Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPPTCL), the state-owned utility responsible for transmission of electricity in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an INR10.4 billion loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for implementing transmission projects in the state.
