India's transformer manufacturer Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TRIL) has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with the Chinese company Jiangsu Jingke Smart Electric Company Limited (Jingke) to manufacture and market transmission and distribution (T&D) products.
