International competitive bids are invited for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the 220/20 kV substation in Bamyan and expansion of the 220/20 kV Doshi substation under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded Energy Supply Improvement Investment Program–Tranche 2 on an engineering procurement construction (EPC) basis.
