International competitive bids are invited for the installation of second circuit of the 400 kV Choacahui–Bácum line (249-km); 230 kV Choacahui Entq. Louisiana–Los Mochis Dos double-circuit line (13-km); five feeders and 75 MVAr reactors at two associated substations (Bacum and Choacahui) to connect the Topolobampo III thermoelectric plant under the Transmission Network Associated with Topolobampo III Combined Cycle Power Generation Project.
