International competitive bids are invited to enter into a five-year (from October 2, 2017 up till October 2, 2022) framework agreement for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and installation of distributed temperature sensing (DTS) and real time thermal rating (RTTR) cable monitoring systems for 220 kV sea and 380 kV cables.
