International competitive bids are invited for undertaking installation works at the 115 kV Kearney Northeast substation in Kearney, Nebraska. The scope of the contract includes the installation of foundations, as well as conduit and grounding for a new coupling capacitor voltage transformer (CCVT) for the 115 kV substation.
