A joint venture of Japan's Electric Power Development Company Limited (J-Power) and NEWJEC Incorporated, an affiliate of Kansai Electric Power Company, has agreed to provide consulting services to the Indonesian electric utility PT PLN for the Java-Sumatra power interconnection project.
