The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has signed a loan agreement worth JPY9.22 billion with Cambodia's state-owned power company Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) for the implementation of the Phnom Penh City Transmission and Distribution System Expansion Project (Phase 2) (II).
