The project includes the construction of a 275-km-long, 500 kV line connecting the Grupo Energía de Bogotá (GEB)-operated La Loma substation in El Paso, Cesar, and the Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) Sogamoso substation in Betulia, Santander.
