Latvian transmission system operator (TSO) Augstsprieguma tīkls AS (AST) has signed an agreement on the design and construction of the third 330 kV Estonian–Latvian link with EE-LV Interconnection, a joint venture (JV) between Latvia-registered Elko, Poland's Selpol and Estonia's Leonhard Weiss Energy.
