Lithuania's electricity transmission system operator (TSO), Litgrid, has asked the Nordic electricity exchange, Nord Pool, to assess whether the methodology on electricity trade with third countries applied by Latvia and Estonia, violated the rights of Lithuanian consumers and distorted the market.
