Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC, a part of the Dubai-based Al Rostamani Group, has won an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from the state-owned Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) for the 132/11 kV substation at Dubai Trade Centre District.
