The project includes the construction of a 138 kV single-circuit transmission line on steel and/or concrete single-pole structures, connecting the proposed Lower Bois D'Arc Creek Reservoir (LBCR) pump station substation [to be built by Fannin County Electric Cooperative (FCEC)] to the proposed LBCR pump station switch, to be located at one of three alternative tap points along Oncor Electric's existing 138 kV Valley–Paris switching station in Fannin County in Texas.
