Malaysian power system engineering and technical solutions provider Pestech International Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment Group (SDEE), a subsidiary company of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), for developing the power infrastructure market in Cambodia.
