Malaysian cable manufacturer Sarawak Cable Bhd (SCB) along with Austin Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian project management company for the power transmission, plans to wholly acquire the steel fabricator Sarwaja Timur Sdn Bhd (STSB) for MYR38.5 million.
