Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) has announced plans to terminate its selection of the Northern Pass project to deliver 9.45 TWh of clean energy to the state, and will continue, instead, with the New England Clean Energy Connect project, proposed by Central Maine Power and Avangrid.
