The Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) of Brazil has included the transmission network upgradation projects of local power utility GoiasTransmissao and Companhia de Transmissão de EnergiaElétricaPaulista SA (CTEEP) in the government's Incentive Regime for Infrastructure Development Programme (REIDI).
