The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct public hearings for the 345 kV Empire State Line Project on February 13, 2019 in the Alden Town Hall in New York. Following this, it will conduct an initial prehearing conference before an Administrative Law Judge on February 20, 2019 in its Albany offices.
