Invenergy urges FERC to explore benefits of merchant interregional HVDC lines

Russian FGC Board recommends share issue for merger with Rosseti

The Board of Directors of FGC UES has recommended that shareholders vote at an extraordinary meeting to approve a supplementary share issue consisting of 1.75 trillion ordinary shares worth RUB874.4 billion. The shares would be issued for merger of its parent company PJSC Rosseti as well as JSC DVEUK-ENES, or Far East Energy Management Company; and JSC Tomsk Transmission Networks and JSC Kuban Transmission Networks, with FGC.

ENTSO-E approves up to 250 MW commercial exchanges with Ukraine and Moldova
