National Grid Corporation of Philippines (NGCP), a private transmission company of Philippines's electricity highway, has inked a deal with Cebu Energy Development Corporation (CEDC), project developer for the 246 MW Toledo power plant, to construct a transmission line for evacuation of electricity from the plant to the Visayas grid.
