The state-owned Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from international consultants for undertaking the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for developing the 330/132 kV New Kano and Biliri transmission substations and the 132/33 kV Kabba and Abor (9th Mile) substations, associated with the International Development Association (IDA)-funded Nigeria Electricity and Gas Improvement Project (NEGIP).
