The project includes the construction of two substations of 115 kV, 34.5 kV and 23 kV with capacities of of 90 MVA and 5.4 MVAr; two high tension feeder lines; 11 medium tension feeder lines; and a 0.8 km, 115 kV high tension transmission line in Chihuahua state.
