The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees have recently approved a measure that would provide it with a 37.5 per cent ownership stake in a project with LS Power Grid New York to rebuild a 345 kV transmission line from Marcy, Oneida County to New Scotland, Albany County.
