Office of the Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem), the British energy regulator, has awarded the contract for transmission links for seven offshore wind farms to three bidders, namely“Balfour Beatty Capital Limited (BBCL), Macquarie Capital Group Limited (MCGL) and Transmission Capital Partners (TCP).
