UK's energy regulator, the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) has shortlisted five bidders under the fourth round of the Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) regime, to own and operate the EUR230 million transmission link to the 90 MW Burbo Bank offshore wind farm in Liverpool Bay, UK.
