The Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) has issued an order suspending the ongoing approval process regarding the proposed merger between the Toronto-based Hydro One Limited and Washington-based Avista Corporation, owing to the recent rejections from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC).
