The People’s Council of Binh Thuan province, Vietnam has recently approved a policy to convert the use purpose of 0.9 hectares of forest area to create ground for the implementation of the double-circuit Thuan Nam District–Trung Nam Solar Power Plant and Van Phong–Vinh Tan transmission lines.
