PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a subsidiary of state-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC), has transferred Gurgaon-Palwal Transmission Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), on July 14, 2016, to Sterlite Grid 4 Limited for implementation of the ‘Creation of New 400 kV gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) Substations in Gurgaon and Palwal as a Part of Inter-state Transmission System (ISTS) Project'.
