Portuguese transmission system operator (TSO) Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN) will acquire a 14 per cent stake in a consortium, which will implement the proposed Centre-South (CESUL) project entailing construction of a new electricity transmission line from Zambezi Valley to Maputo in Mozambique.
