Potomac Edison, on behalf of its parent company Allegheny Power, has filed a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) application with the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) for the Ringgold-Catoctin-Walkersville-Monocacy and Carroll-Catoctin transmission line rebuild project.
