PowerSecure—a subsidiary of Southern Company, has announced that it has entered into a five-year contract with Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC (Oncor)—a subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings Corporation (EFH), to complete major upgrades of Oncor’s transmission and distribution (T&D) network over the next several years.
