The African Development Bank (AfDB) is presently appraising a proposal for financing a study of the Guinea-Mali electricity interconnection line, part of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Interconnection Master Plan for developing West African Power Pool (WAPP) infrastructure.
