Residents of Dollard-des-Ormeaux (DDO) city, Québec, are showing their concerns over the cost of the 315/25 kV Saint-Jean Substation and 315 kV Supply Line project, being developed by the Canadian electricity utility Hydro-Quebec (HQ), and want more clarity on the cost of burying the line.
