Russia's Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy Systems (FGC UES), a part of the Russian Grids Group, has started a test operation of the new hardware and software systems in the Network Control Centers (NCC) of facilities of the Main Electric Networks (MES) of the East branch of FGC UES.
