Two Russian firms, the national grid operator Federal Grid Company of Unified Electric System (FGC UES) and Power Machines, a leading power equipment manufacturing and engineering company, are considering including Japan's Toshiba for setting up a high voltage transformer production facility in St. Petersburg.
