The project comprises Lot 1 of the Auction no. 001/2020 hosted by the Brazilian energy regulator Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL) in December 2020 and was awarded to consortium Agronegócio Alta Luz Brazil for BRL21.3 million.
