Spanish multilateral corporation Abengoa SA has reached an agreement to transfer its Peru-based special purpose entity (SPE) Abengoa Transmisión Norte 3 (ATN 3) to Abengoa-Algonquin Global Energy Solutions (AAGES), the joint venture (JV) that it formed with the Canadian company Algonquin Power & Utilities.
