The project, formerly called the TS-5 to TS-9 transmission project, entails the construction of a 38-mile (61 km), 500/230 kV overhead transmission line on single-pole structures between the proposed Sun Valley substation in the town of Buckeye and the existing Morgan substation in the city of Peoria.
