International competitive bids are invited for the supply of three units of 132/33 kV, 31.5 MVA mobile substations and associated spare parts for the Diyala Governorate and three units of 132/33 kV, 31.5 MVA and one unit of 132/33 kV, 25 MVA mobile substations and associated spare parts for the Salah Al-Din Governorate under the World Bank funded-Emergency Operation for Development Project (EODP).
