Global competitive bids are invited for the planning, design, engineering, supply and manufacturing of optical ground wire (OPGW) cable and associated items and undertaking documentation for the +/-800 kV Raigarh high voltage direct current (HVDC)–Pugalur HVDC transmission line (Package-OPGW 01) under the HVDC bipole link between the Western Region (Raigarh, Chhattisgarh) and Southern Region (Pugalur, Tamil Nadu and Madakathara, North Trichur district, Kerala).
