The NRSS-XXXVI scheme entails the construction of a 50-km-long, 400 kV link between Rishikesh and Koteshwar, along with the expansion of two bays at the existing 400 kV Rishikesh substation, to improve reliability and power supply to the state of Uttarakhand.
