AEP TCC, AEP TNC and AEP Utilities seek merger approval from Texas PUC
Subsidiaries of American Electric Power (AEP) – AEP Texas Central Company (TCC), AEP Texas North Company (TNC) and AEP Utilities – have filed a proposal with Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas to merge AEP TCC and AEP TNC into AEP Utilities, and then rename that corporate entity AEP Texas Incorporate.
