Power Transmission Company Nepal (PTCN), a joint venture (JV) company of Nepal government-owned Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) of India, has not evaluated the technical proposals that it had received from eight companies on June 4, 2013 for the construction of a 400 kV line, as part of the India-Nepal cross-border line project.
