K.P Energy forms SPV for wind farm transmission line infrastructure
Indian utility-scale wind project developer K.P Energy has established a special purpose vehicle (SPV) — HGV DTL Transmission Projects Private Limited — for the implementation of 1,200 MW transmission line infrastructure to evacuate power from upcoming wind farm projects at Hajipir, Kutch in the state of Gujarat.
