The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted the request of state officials of Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC) to reconsider its decision on Artificial Island Project, which required the residents of Delaware to cover the cost of the project. According to the State PSC, the project will largely benefit New Jersey residents.
