Finland and Sweden’s TSOs to negotiate on third power link
Swedish and Finnish electricity transmission system operators (TSO), Svenska Kraftnät and Fingrid respectively, will begin negotiations in October 2016, on construction of the third electricity transmission interconnection between the two countries.
