Afghanistan’s Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has qualified a joint venture (JV) of China Energy Engineering Group Company Limited (CEEC)-Northwest Power Construction Engineering Company Limited (NWPC) for the construction of five 220 kV substations at a contract value of USD135 million.
