Landowners file complaint against DoE approval to PECL project
Two landowner groups of Arkansas, namely, Downwind LLC and Golden Bridge LLC, have filed complaints for declaratory and injunctive relief with the United States District Court: Eastern District of Arkansas, against the approval of US Department of Energy (DoE) to the Plains & Eastern Clean Line Energy (PECL) project, proposed by Clean Line Energy (CLE).
